Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 50$ in the USA.
We have a fixed rate of 20$ for our Canadian friends and 35$ for the rest of the world!
Please note that customs duties may apply to certain regions which we are not responsible for.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oskarfriends.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return label shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
