What are your delivery times?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Delivery times vary between 1-10 days for the USA.

How much will shipping cost?

We do offer free shipping on all US orders over 50$. We have a flat rate of 20$ for our Canadian friends and 35$ for the rest of the world except for Australia, New Zealand and South America. Please note that extra customs duties fees may apply which we are not responsible for.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We have a flat rate of 20$ for our Canadian friends. Please note that associated import fees may apply.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We always use UPS for our USA friends and USPS for our Canadian and International friends.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oskarfriends.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return label shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How much do you deduct from my refund?

Return shipping label fee varies between 7$ and 15$.

How do I return my product?

How do I care for my product?

Oxford ClothOxford cloth is an extremely durable type of material and has the added benefit of being waterproof and easy to clean. There are some steps to making sure your oxford cloth bag stays looking perfect.
We recommend using a microfiber towel to remove any surface dust.
If dirt remains, simply use a gentle fabric cleaner and a soft brush to clean thoroughly and wipe away with a clean towel.

PU LeatherThe “PU” or faux leather we use for our bags looks, feels and acts as real leather, albeit without the negative side effect of originating from animals.Treat it as you would with real leather. Do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, as it will dry it out.Start off by using a microfiber towel to remove surface dirt, and then use a leather cleaner with a soft brush or clean microfiber towel.Once dry, we recommend using a leather conditioner to help protect and keep it hydrated.
Sherpa PadThe Sherpa can be tossed in the washing machine with your other clothes, easy peasy. Just remember to remove the cardboard and foam inside beforehand. We do not recommend putting it in the dryer as it might shrink.

Are your tote bags airline compliant?

Our tote bags are not airline compliant.

Are your pet travel tote bags airline compliant?

Yes! Our new pet travel totes are airline compliant! However, we recommend to always check with your airline first. Some airlines request for your pet to be able to stand and turn around in their carrier. Might not be suitable for Alaska Airlines.
