Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oskarfriends.com. Once your request has been sent, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return label shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping label fee is $10 in the US.

We absolutely love our Oskar & Friends tote! 🤎 It’s stylish, comfortable, and so practical for taking Umi everywhere with me. I love that it looks like a beautiful everyday tote rather than a traditional pet carrier, while still giving her a cozy and secure little spot to ride in. It has quickly become one of our favorite bags for walks, coffee dates, and days out together. Umi is obsessed with it — and so am I!
This bag was the perfect carry on upgrade for us! It’s chic, functional and soft! My wiener dog loves to travel in it or literally just take naps inside of the bag!

This bag is amazing: stylish, light and perfect size for Caju. He loves it so much and it became his "safe place" when we go out. The colors are great - in fact we have in more than one color and have no regrets about that. I love how it doesn't look like a "dog bag" and I use that from driving to taking the subway to using it as a "place" when in a restaurant. If you have a small pet, that's the go-to carrier.
My dog jumped in on her own! It’s spacious enough for her to comfortably lie down and I love how many pockets there are. I also love the zippered mesh, what a great added feature

This bag is so convenient for carrying my little Chihuahua around for errands. I appreciate that it’s roomy but also very lightweight. It also has a lot of pockets to hold his necessities!
Finally, the olive green color is so gorgeous in person, I get so many compliments.
I was so impressed with this tote!! The color is rich brown and gorgeous, the material feels/looks expensive, bottom of the bag is sturdy and there are plenty of pockets. My dog jumped right in and she can be picky.
The bottom is very sturdy and holds its shape well, It also has plenty of pockets and a hook to secure her harness. She’s only 5 lbs, so there’s plenty of room for her to fully lay down and even fall asleep, which she did on our way back from our coffee run. Overall, the bag feels very well made, practical, and stylish.
We absolutely LOVE our Oskar and Friends bag! Jo goes everywhere with me easily with this tote!! We love that it has a supportive bottom to support her spine as a dachshund.
Our Winnie girl loves this bag. We are always out and about. There’s so much room and it’s so comfortable for her. It’s also very comfortable to hold since it’s so lightweight but structured enough to hold Winnie securely.
Our little guy loves his bag. He might outgrow it, but for the time when he isn't fully vaccinated it has been a lifesaver taking him to his appointments and around town.
Truffle (Our Puppy) Loves his new bag! We travel quite often, and this bag is the perfect size. He fits in it well, it is top quality, and it also fits on the plane well. We also catch him trying to get in the bag when we are at home, because he loves laying in it so much. (It's that comfortable) If you don't have one, you are missing out big time!

Really great and high quality dog bag! I have a boxer puppy who’s already 11lbs at 10 weeks, and planning to use this for socializing while we do her vaccines.
There’s a hard insert that goes to the bottom of the bag to keep the bags shape, that was a win for me. The only bone I have to pick with this bag is that it can slide down the shoulder so I’m adding grips, but I appreciate the Velcro that keeps the straps together as one!
Would highly highly recommend.
Love this bag! The color is so perfect and I take my puppy everywhere with me. The only complaint I have is the zipper is hard to close completely shut by the entrance of the bag.

This is the second bag we have brought. Our dogs love it so much they jump in & sleep in it when we're not going anywhere. I took this bag for my dog to tour Mexico for a month and she felt safe and secure in it the entire time. This bag is thier happy place other than our bed!
The bag is so adorable. My puppy was trying to rip it apart with no success and if it’s a 4 lbs. four month old puppy perfect he wasn’t able to walk around completely, but he can lay down and be very comfortable.
I will definitely try more pet products from this brand!
