To fit into any of our pet carriers, your pet should be less than 17" long, excluding it's head and should weigh a maximum of 20lbs.
We always recommend measuring your pet before making a purchase.

This is how you may go about it. (It will help if you have soft measuring tape but it is not obligatory).    
There are two areas of the pet that need to be measured.
  • Height: From the front paws to the top of the shoulder.
  • Length: From the back of the neck to the base of the tail. (Do not include the tail)
  • If possible, weigh your dog. A simple scale will do the job.
 
Note: It is important to know the weight of your dog due to the maximum recommended carrying capacity of our products.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oskarfriends.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return label shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.Return shipping fee varies between 7$ and 14$ in the US.
